It is made for Walnut wood that was milled by us here in Ohio with Purpleheart inlays that has been imported from South America. All our boards are handmade with a large juice groove and finger handles for easy lifting. Each board is finished with the best cutting board oil on the market. This board is made to hold up against the best grill masters.
